Notes: ARTS. ENTERTAINMENT. The historic Concrete Theatre was first opened in 1923. Over the years it has offered silent movies, "talkies," vaudeville, even boxing matches. It is now the oldest operating theatre in Skagit County.
Owners Valerie Stafford and Fred West are showing movies every weekend, with many of the latest blockbusters featured. Ticket prices are very affordable, and snack bar prices are reasonably priced.
General admission: $6
Adults 65 and older: $5
Children 12 and under: $5
Dollar off all tickets on Sunday.
